Through the GEFF programme, BPB supports the renovation or construction of more energy-efficient houses and flats. After the investment has been implemented and verified, clients can receive a grant of up to 20% of the amount invested, in accordance with the terms of the GEFF programme.
Investments can be made in:
- Solar panels
- House insulation
- Efficient doors and windows
- Boilers
- Heat pump
- Ventilation
