The Code of Ethics aims to guide our conduct by promoting integrity and strengthening public trust. The principles and standards outlined in this Code define our activities and shape our relationships with our stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, shareholders, suppliers, regulators, business partners, and the wider community.
These principles and standards form the foundation for all BPB policies, guidelines, and procedures, which are aligned with international best practices. However, the Code cannot address every situation the Bank may encounter. Instead, it is intended to establish the fundamental principles that guide our conduct and interactions with the public.
The Code of Ethics is supported by internal procedures, guidelines, as well as applicable laws and regulations, ensuring that all employees act with integrity and honesty in every aspect of their work and remain accountable for their actions. BPB\u2019s Code of Ethics serves as the framework that establishes clear standards of conduct that we are all expected to follow, while continuously maintaining the trust of our stakeholders.
